All items are shipped from Winmalee NSW, Australia, with the utmost care taken to protect your items. 

All products are carefully packaged in tissue paper and bubble wrap.

All packages are shipped and tracked by Australia Post. We will send you a tracking link once your item has been dispatched.

Shipping time frames are as per the Australia Post Guidelines. Once your item has been dispatched, Michelle’s Quilts & Creations has no control over shipping times and cannot be held accountable for delays within Australia Post.

Our team makes every effort to dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving customer orders, but occasionally, due to high demand or unforeseen events, this may extend to 72 hours.

Delivery is free between Winmalee and Penrith, NSW.

Michelle’s Quilts & creations takes PayPal, direct debit transactions, EFTPOS or cash upon pickup if you would like to collect your order.

As all items are made by hand, their design can be customised to your liking. Customisable details include:

• The outer materials of bags and wallets
• A choice of gold, silver, antique, gunmetal, rose gold or rainbow hardware
• Quilting materials

Michelle uses leather, Canadian faux leather, waxed canvas and vinyl on the exterior of bags, wallets and pouches. All interior fabrics are 100% cotton. Michelle sources high-quality gold, silver, antique, gunmetal, rose gold and rainbow hardware from Canada.

Our creations are either one of a kind or a limited edition. This means that the 100% cotton interior fabric that is custom designed by our providers and occasionally other elements of our creations may vary based on supply availability.
